Pros:
She is the best lecturer I have had in my time at UEL. Very helpful and very fair. Ensures that everyone understands her teaching before moving on to next step. Janet should be senior lecturer of Special Education.
Cons:
She may come across patronising but just wants you to genuinely do well.
