He finds it difficult to praise strong and confident women, especially if they challenge his own views. This affects the way he marks and evaluates the academic output of especially younger and more able women on his courses. He finds it difficult to be a 'team player', with other equally and more experienced academic colleagues, because he almost always seems to assume that he is the best 'person in charge', regardless of the experience and wisdom of his other academic colleagues. When challenged by other colleagues he becomes extremely aggressive - when his students challenge him he fails their assignments.
