Coventry is located between Birmingham and Leicester, it is a large city of 300,000+ and plays host to two significant universities, Coventry University and the University of Warwick. The latter is situated just outside the city and is more campus based whilst the first is in the city and tends to make better use of the town centre. There is rich variety of life here, from the 'peace' links with what was then Stalingrad and Dresden to the different sporting options on show. There is everything from football to athletics to ice hockey and even roller derby! (Not sure if the last one isn't made up?)
